1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the InTuition Scholars app.
2. The Program
InTuition Scholars tracks a scholarship reward balance on your school's behalf based on your check-in activity. Balances shown in the app are provisional and tracked only — your school disburses any funds outside of this app. InTuition Scholars does not move money and does not collect banking, SSN, or tax information.
3. Eligibility
You must be enrolled at a participating university and hold a valid university email address to register.
4. Check-Ins
Check-ins are used to track your engagement and wellbeing. If you indicate you need urgent assistance, you will be shown crisis resources, including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. InTuition Scholars is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
5. Your Data
We collect the information you provide (name, email, profile photo, check-in responses, support requests) to operate the program and to allow your university to view your engagement and reward status. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify your school or InTuition Scholars support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will prompt you to re-accept before continuing to use the app.
